Treasury Management Officer (TMO) 

Watermark Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Officer (TMO) to partner with Relationship Managers in acquiring new commercial relationships and expanding existing ones through consultative Treasury and liquidity solutions. This role plays a key part in supporting shared deposit growth and Treasury fee income objectives, providing specialized expertise and developing opportunities that help Relationship Managers deepen client relationships. The TMO works closely with Relationship Managers and commercial banking leadership, devoting the majority of their time to business development and strategic client and prospect engagement, consistent with Watermark Bank's disciplined, relationship-focused approach to banking.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to develop market plans, review portfolios and pipelines, coordinate calling strategies, and identify opportunities for deposit growth, Treasury fee income, retention, and expanded solution adoption.
  • Originate Treasury opportunities through individual and joint calling efforts, referrals, centers of influence, networking, and other market-development activities.
  • Build, maintain, and advance a qualified pipeline of self-sourced and internally referred opportunities to support shared market and relationship goals.
  • Lead discovery conversations with commercial clients and prospects to understand cash flow, liquidity, payments, receivables, reporting, fraud-control, and operational needs.
  • Design and present tailored Treasury solutions, proposals, pricing recommendations, pro formas, and cost analyses that clearly communicate client value.
  • Lead the Treasury sales process from discovery through close and coordinate an effective handoff to implementation and service teams.
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of strategic Treasury relationships in partnership with Relationship Managers, focusing on retention, solution adoption, fee income, deposit growth, and relationship profitability.
  • Maintain timely and accurate sales activity, pipeline, opportunity, and forecast information in the bank's designated CRM system.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the bank's Treasury platform and related banking solutions, and educate clients, prospects, and internal partners on their value.
  • Conduct sales activities in accordance with applicable operational, regulatory, fraud-prevention, and risk-management requirements.
  • Provide market and client feedback to support enhancements to Treasury products, services, and delivery. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Five or more years of successful Treasury Management sales or equivalent commercial banking sales experience, including demonstrated success developing commercial relationships and achieving production goals
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of commercial Treasury and liquidity solutions, systems, operations, and risk considerations
  • Demonstrated success developing new business, referral networks, and centers of influence while expanding existing commercial relationships
  • Executive presence and the ability to lead consultative conversations with business owners, chief financial officers, controllers, treasurers, and other decision-makers
  • Strong financial acumen and excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Disciplined sales, pipeline-management, forecasting, and CRM practices
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Relationship Managers and Treasury implementation, operations, service, and risk partners
  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, adaptability, and a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to travel within the assigned market and to client or prospect locations as business needs require

Senior Credit Analyst

Watermark Bank is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to support complex credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and risk assessments across a diverse commercial portfolio. This role plays a key part in delivering high‑impact credit recommendations while ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards.
The Senior Credit Analyst works closely with relationship managers and credit leadership to support thoughtful, well‑documented credit decisions consistent with Watermark Bank’s disciplined, relationship‑focused approach to banking.
Qualifications
  • At least five years of commercial credit analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and commercial lending structures
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and communicate credit risk clearly and concisely
  • Experience working within established credit policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred 
 

Loan Servicing Specialist

Watermark Bank is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist to support the day‑to‑day execution and ongoing maintenance of commercial loans within the Loan Operations function. This role plays an important part in ensuring loans are accurately processed, documented, and serviced throughout their lifecycle, supporting both client experience and internal efficiency.

The Loan Servicing Specialist works closely with relationship managers, loan officers, and operations leadership to support timely funding, accurate recordkeeping, and responsive servicing, consistent with Watermark Bank’s disciplined, relationship‑focused approach to banking.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Process new, renewed, extended, and modified loans within the Bank’s core system
  • Review loan files post‑closing to ensure proper documentation, approvals, and accuracy
  • Fund loans and process related fees and general ledger entries
  • Maintain loan documentation and records within internal systems
  • Support daily loan servicing requests from clients and front‑line personnel
  • Process loan advances, outgoing wires, and ACH/AFT setup
  • Research payment history and loan activity as needed
  • Review construction inspections and borrowing base reports and update systems accordingly
  • Support reporting, collateral tracking, and audit requests
  • Perform related Loan Operations duties as needed for cross‑training and team support
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of banking, loan operations, or related administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Professional communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively within established processes while exercising sound judgment
 

Banking Specialist

Watermark Bank is seeking a Banking Specialist to serve in a key client-facing role. As an integral member of our team, the Banking Specialist plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and personalized banking experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about banking products and services
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers, and other financial transactions
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of Watermark's full range of products and services
  • Account Management: Open, close, and maintain client accounts while ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and attention to detail
